摘要 我国现行碾压混凝土筑坝技术在坝型选择、坝体材料分区、层缝面结合、防渗区变态混凝土施工、温控防裂等方面还存在一些问题,制约着碾压混凝土筑坝优势的发挥。针对上述问题,该文提出了合理选择坝型、简化坝体材料分区、采用厚层碾压工艺减少层缝面数量以及采用经济、有效的综合温控防裂措施等方法,以进一步发挥碾压混凝土筑坝技术优势,实现优质、经济、快速筑坝。 There are some problems with China s current RCC dam construction technologies,such as selection of dam type , division of dam materials, combination of layers and seams, pouring of abnormal concrete, temperature control and crack prevention, etc. which inhibit the advantages of RCC dam construction. Focusing on these problems, a series of viewpoints were put forword, so as to give full play to the advantages of RCC dam construction technologies, and achieve the goal of high quality, cost saving and quick speed, such as selecting the type of dam rationally by analyzing comprehensively, simplifying the materials zoning of dam, applying the thick-layer rolling construction technologies to reduce the number of layers and seams, taking cost-effective temperature control and crack prevention measures, etc.
