摘要
大齿圈是TBM设备最重要的部件之一,若其发生故障,将直接导致设备不能掘进。TBM大齿圈的洞内更换技术相较于开挖竖井更换等其他措施,具有时间短、效率高、成本低等优势,尤其是城市隧洞施工过程出现大齿圈故障而地面不具备开挖竖井条件时,该技术具有不可替代的优势。
Big girt gear is one of the most important parts of TBM equipment, in case of the malfunction, the failure of tunneling will affect the tunnel penetration. This article introduces a technical solution for the replacement of big girt gear of TBM in tunnel in detail. In comparison with other measures such as excavating shaft, it possesses the advantages of short time, high efficiency and low cost. Especially this technology has irreplaceable advantages when the big girt gear failure occurs in the construction process of urban tunnel and the ground is not under the conditions of excavating shaft. Consequently, this technology has extensive application value.
