摘要
潜孔弧门门楣必须具有较高的平直度以满足闸门的止水要求。在高陂水利枢纽工程潜孔弧门门楣梁制作过程中,通过构造对称结构、合理安排组装及焊接顺序和减少焊接热输入等技术措施,减少甚至消除焊后调直校正工作,提高金属结构件制作质量和效率。该工艺的成功实践,为控制梁体两个维度上的直线度和平面度提供新的思路和方法,也可为其他金属结构制作的质量控制提供参考。
The lintel of the submerged radial gate requires a strict straightness and flatness. By the technical of structuring a symmetrical body, setting reasonable fitted and welded sequence and reducing the welded heat, to save mass of time for correcting the deformation, promote the quality and efficiency at producing the hydraulic metal structure. This technical shows a new method for controlling deformation at multi-dimension and a good sample for manufacturing the metal structure.
