摘要
超大型人字闸门的制作拼装中,焊接过程的工艺设计和质量管理是技术关键,利用Solidworks软件建立人字闸门三维模型进行虚拟装配,再利用ANSYS软件对生产过程的焊接参数进行模拟分析,可以在生产前对产品实际生产情况进行模拟和检查,及时发现问题并优化施工工艺,此项虚拟制造与焊接工艺相结合的技术优化,在某船闸项目人字闸门制作过程中得到了很好的应用,该项目闸门为广东省内最大的人字闸门,制作过程的焊接变形得到了很好的控制,达到预期效果。
In the technology of the fabrication and assembling for super large miter gate,the welding procedure method and the quality management is the key.Using the Solidworks 2015 to build the miter gate 3-D model for virtual fabrication, and using the ANSYS R15.0 to simulate and analyze welding parameters of fabrication process,it can simulate and check the production before actual manufacture,and also find the problem to optimize welding parameter timely. In the shiplock engineering, the optimum technology making the virtual manufacturing and the welding procedure together gets the best application in the fabrication process of miter gate. As the largest miter gate in the Guangdong Province, the welding deformation is in good control, and the production meets the qualification.
