摘要
介绍里底水电站主要碾压混凝土施工工艺、施工方法和实施成果。里底水电站将碾压混凝土砂石粉含量上限选到24%,适当加大了砂率,使新拌碾压混凝土拌和物的工作性能更好的满足了现场施工及层间结合质量提升要求,同时控制了胶凝材料用量,达到了实用、经济双指标目标。取芯成果18.8m长芯样完整,表面光滑致密,骨料分布均匀,层间结合良好。
This paper introduces the construction technology, construction method and implementation results of the main roller compacted concrete of Lidi Hydropower Station. Lidi Hydropower Station selected the upper limit of RCC sand powder content to 24%, increased the sand rate appropriately, so that the performance of fresh RCC mixtures can better meet the requirements of site construction and interlayer bonding quality improvement, while controlling the amount of cementitious materials, achieving the practical and economic targets. The core is, the core sample is complete and 18.8 meters long, which has smooth and compact surface. The aggregate distribution is uniform, and the interlayer bonding is good.
