内地农村征地研究进展的知识图谱:基于CiteSpace的分析

Analysis of Research Progress for Rural Land Expropriation in China's Mainland Based on CiteSpace

以2001—2017年CSSCI数据库中农村征地研究主题的610篇文献为研究对象,运用信息可视化软件Cite Space V中的连接点强度、热点词聚类与突现等分析方法,对中国内地农村征地研究的知识图谱结构进行可视化分析,绘制出农村征地研究的发文作者、发文机构和核心关键词等知识图谱。结果表明:1.农村征地研究自2001年后成为学术界研究的热点,文献数量呈激增趋势;研究阶段的演化分为初始—繁荣—深入三个时期。2.农村征地研究的核心机构之间联系不紧密,同领域的作者合作也不多,没有形成该领域学术研究共同体。3.农村征地研究主要围绕失地农民、利益博弈、城镇化和土地制度等4个主题展开,各主题互相交融;研究前沿指向于高突变度的关键词如城镇化、社会保障、土地征用、公共利益和失地农民及其就业问题。未来时期内,内地农村征地研究要重视农户主体行为特征与农村征地的互动关系,研制适应不同农户行为特征的内地农村征地模式最优组配方案;加强农村征地生态价格补偿机制研究;应强调多学科整合,以土地管理学、经济学、法学、社会学与生态学多学科的理论为支撑,构建国内农村征地的研究理论方法体系。

Based on 610 literatures on rural land expropriation in CSSCI database from 2001 to 2017, this paper visualizes the knowledge map structure of rural land expropriation research in China's Mainland by using the methods of connection point strength, hotspot word clustering and emergence in CiteSpace V, which is an information visualization software, and draws out the authors, agencies and key words of rural land expropriation research. The results show that:(1) Since 2001, the research on rural land expropriation in China has become a hot topic in academic circles. The number of literature has been increasing rapidly. The evolution of the research stage is divided into three periods: initial, prosperity and in-depth.(2) The core institutions of rural land expropriation research are not closely related to each other, nor do they have much cooperation with the authors in this field, and academic research community has not been formed in this field in China.(3)The research on rural land expropriation in China mainly focuses on four themes: land-lost farmers, interest game, urbanization and land system, which are intermingled with each other. The research front points to the key words with high degree of mutation, such as urbanization, social security, land expropriation, public interests and land-lost farmers and their employment problems. In the future, the domestic research on rural land expropriation should pay attention to the interaction between the behavior characteristics of farmers and rural land expropriation, develop the optimal combination scheme of land expropriation mode to adapt to the behavior characteristics of different farmers in China, strengthen the research on the compensation mechanism of ecological price for land expropriation in rural areas, emphasize the integration of multi-disciplines and construct the theoretical and methodological system of rural land expropriation in China, based on the theories of land management, economics, law, sociology and ecology.
