摘要
GB 50068—2018建筑结构可靠性设计统一标准发布,恒荷载分项系数由1. 2调整到1. 3;活荷载分项系数由1. 4调整到1. 5,综合分项系数提高10%左右,此次提高涉及到结构成本的增加及增加幅度问题,引起广泛关注和激烈讨论。就这一热点问题进行系列对比分析,从而得出相对准确可靠的数据结果,用于指导地产成本、利润测算工作和设计院结构成本整体把控工作。
“ Unified Standard for Reliability Design of Building Structures” GB 50068-2018 is issued, and the dead load component coefficient is adjusted from 1.2 to 1.3. The sub-coefficient of live load was adjusted from 1.4 to 1.5, and the comprehensive sub-coefficient was increased by about 10%. This increase involves the increase of structure cost and the increase range, which has aroused wide attention and heated discussion. This paper conducts a series of comparative analysis on this hot issue, so as to obtain relatively accurate and reliable data results, which can be used to guide the real estate cost, profit calculation and overall control of the structural cost of the design institute.
