山区大跨悬索桥钢桥面复合铺装施工技术

摘要 依托笋溪河特大桥钢桥面铺装工程,探讨了山区大跨悬索桥钢桥面铺装施工技术要点,详细阐述了浇筑式沥青混凝土下面层和高弹改性沥青SMA上面层铺装施工流程,并重点分析了钢桥面板界面处治、防水黏结层、浇筑式沥青混凝土以及高弹改性沥青SMA施工质量控制要点,可为类似钢桥面铺装工程提供有益的借鉴。 Based on the steel bridge deck pavement of the Sunxi river bridge,the technical points of the steel bridge deck pavement of the largespan suspension bridge in the mountain area are discussed. The construction process of the gussa asphalt lower layer and modified asphalt with high elasticity SMA upper layer pavement is elaborated. The key points of the steel bridge deck interface treatment,waterproof bonding layer,gussa asphalt and modified asphalt with high elasticity SMA construction quality control are analyzed,which can provide useful reference for similar steel bridge deck pavement engineering.
