摘要
为了促进城市轨道交通的可持续发展,对目前国内轨道交通物业开发方式进行了分析,在此基础上,根据物业开发与地铁的空间关系进行分类研究,得出各类型地铁物业的优缺点,可为后续地铁物业开发的投资与实施提供参考。
This paper focuses on sustainable development of urban rail transit, analyzing the exploitation modes of current domestic rail transit property. Based on classified researches of spatial relationship between property development and metro, we found out the advantages and disadvantages of different types of metro property, providing guidance and reference for the subsequent investment and implementation of metro property development.
