摘要
分析了国际工程项目中属地分包商管理的优势和劣势,针对属地分包商在履约能力、进度控制和施工效率等方面的劣势提出改进建议,为今后属地分包商管理提供参考。
On the basis of advantage and weakness analysis of local subcontractor management in international project, suggestion is given to improve the performance aiming at the local subcontractor’sweakness at its contract fulfilling capability, progress control and construction efficiency, etc., which also provides reference for future local subcontractor management.
