聚氨酯预制直埋保温管的保温层受力分析及设计要求

本文探讨了不同敷设方式下聚氨酯预制直埋保温管中保温层的受力问题,明确直埋保温管中保温层的力学性能参数与直埋设计相关参数的影响关系,提出计算保温层受力的方法,提出控制保温受力的设计要点。

In this paper,the stress of thermal insulation layer in polyurethane prefabricated directburied insulating pipes under different laying modes is discussed. The relationship between mechanical properties of thermal insulation layer in direct-buried insulating pipes and relevant parameters of direct-buried design is clarified. The method of calculating the stress of thermal insulation layer is put forward,and the design points of controlling the stress of thermal insulation are put forward.
