鼻咽癌及其不同临床分期microRNA表达特征 被引量:1

Characterization of microRNA expression in patients with NPC and its different clinical stage

摘要 目的研究鼻咽癌及其不同临床分期microRNA表达特征。方法在鼻咽癌高发区广东中山市,选择17例鼻咽癌为研究对象,以12例慢性鼻咽炎为对照,采用国际领先的miRCURY LNATM microRNA Array芯片技术进行检测,采用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析,以P<0.05为有统计学差异。结果相比鼻咽炎,鼻咽癌明显上调表达的miR有96个,其中上调2倍以上者88个,上调3倍以上者54个,鼻咽癌明显下调表达的miR有73个,其中下调2倍以上者24个,下调3倍以上者5个。在鼻咽癌不同临床分期存在统计学差异的miR有77个,在鼻咽癌及其不同临床分期中都存在着差异表达的miR有20个,miR在鼻咽癌及其不同临床分期并非线性表达。结论 miR在鼻咽癌以上调表达为主,在鼻咽癌发生及进展阶段有不同的表达规律,鼻咽癌存在着广泛而复杂的miR表达调控。 Objective To study the expression of microRNA (miR) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and its different clinical stages. Methods In the high incidence area of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, Zhongshan City, 17 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected as the study subjects. 12 cases of chronic nasopharyngitis were used as controls. The internationally leading miRCURY LNATM microRNA Array chip technology was used for detection. SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analysis,and P<0.05 for statistically significant. Result Compared with nasopharyngitis, nasopharyngeal carcinoma significantly up-regulated the expression of miR in 96 cases, of which 88 were more than 2 times higher and 54 were more than 3 times higher than those in nasopharyngitis. There were 73 cases of miR down-regulated in NPC, of which 24 were more than 2 times down-regulated and 5 were more than 3 times down-regulated.. The reduction was more than three times lower in 5 cases. MiR expression in NPC of different clinical stages statistical differences had 77. MiR expression in both NPC and in its different clinical stages statistical differences had 20. The expression of miR in NPC and its different clinical stages was not linear. Conclusion The expression of miR was mainly up-regulated in NPC with different patterns, and the regulation mechanisms of miR expression in NPC were extensive and complex.
