粉尘螨舌下滴剂配合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童变应性鼻炎90例疗效观察

Clinical observation of 90 cases of children with allergic rhinitis treated by sublingual immunotherapy with dust mile combined yupingfeng granule

目的探讨粉尘螨舌下滴剂脱敏治疗配合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选择符合变应性鼻炎诊断标准90例患者随机分成三组各30例,治疗组粉尘螨舌下滴剂脱敏治疗配合玉屏风颗粒治疗,对照组(1)单用粉尘螨舌下滴剂脱敏治疗,对照组(2)单用玉屏风颗粒冲服治疗。1个月及6个月后比较三组治疗前后症状、体征积分,最后判断其临床疗效。结果三组治疗前后症状、体征积分均有显著差异,治疗后明显优于治疗前(P<0.05或0.01),并且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论粉尘螨舌下滴剂脱敏治疗配合玉屏风颗粒是治疗粉尘螨性儿童变应性鼻炎的安全有效方法之一。

Objective To observe and compare the clinical effect of sublingual Immunotherapy with dust mile combined with yupingfeng Granule in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis. Methods 90 cases with allergic rhinitis diagnosis standard were divided into 3 groups of 30 patients randomly. In the curing group, the sublingual immunotherapy with dust mile was treated with yupingfeng Granule, the control group 1 was treated with sublingual immunotherapy with dust mile, the control group 2 was treated with yupingfeng Granule. After 1 month and 6 months, we compared the symptoms and signs integral of the three groups before and after treatment l, finally determined the clinical cure mild. Results 3 groups had significant differences in symptoms and signs integral before and after treatment. After treatment, they were significantly better than before treatment( P<0.05 or 0.01) and the treatment group was superior to the control group( P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Sublingual immunotherapy with dust mile combined with yupingfeng Granule is safe and effective.
