摘要
目的探讨内镜结合PBL教学模式在耳鼻咽喉科规培医师带教应用中的效果。方法在临床教学中,采用内镜结合PBL的教学模式,以临床典型病例为基础提出相关问题,以学生为中心采取分组讨论的方法来解决问题,培养规培医师的临床思维及技能。结果内镜结合PBL教学模式可以显著提高耳鼻咽喉科规培医师的临床思维及技能。结论内镜结合PBL教学模式有助于耳鼻咽喉科规培医师临床思维和技能的培养,从而提高教学质量。
Objective To discuss the application effection of combing endoscope and PBL teaching mode in otolaryngology resident standardized training teaching. Methods In clinical practice teaching, we apply endoscope combing PBL teaching mode. On the basis of the clinical typical cases, the teacher ask questions and the student take group dis cussion, so as to solve the problem and cultivate standardized resident clinical thinking and skill. Results The mode of endoscope combing PBL teaching can improve obviously otolaryngology standardized doctors ability of clinical thought and clinical skill. Conclusions The mode of endoscope combing PBL teaching is beneficial otolaryngology standardized doctors clinical thought and technique , thus improve teaching quality.
