江苏省医药卫生遗迹分布初探

A preliminary study on the distribution of medical and health relics in Jiangsu Province

以自古迄1949年为界,将江苏省境内历代各市县遗留下来的医药卫生遗迹作为考察对象,赴全省十三市,对现存的文物遗迹进行考察与整理。找到并确认保存下来的遗迹计199处,其中与医药相关的寺庙22处,建筑87处,医药相关名人故居67处,墓葬9处,碑刻7处,雕像2处,其他5处。考察发现,与医药相关的寺庙类遗迹以药王庙、华佗庙为最常见,但寺庙类遗迹损毁比较严重。建筑类遗迹以清末民国时期为多。故居类遗迹保存至今的不多,多数已作为民居或他用。江苏境内留存的与医药相关的墓葬类遗迹不多,共9处,苏州独占3处,且保存较为完整,其他市的墓葬遗迹保存情况则不容乐观。碑刻及雕像类遗迹留存较少。总体来看,对医药相关遗迹进行保护,并研究其蕴含的医学历史信息,是目前刻不容缓的任务。

Taking 1949 as the boundary, the relics that left behind by the dynasties in various cities and counties in Jiangsu Province as investigation object, we went to 13 cities of the province to examine and clear up the existing cultural relics and sites. We found and confirmed the preserved remains of 199, among them, there were 22 relics which related to temple, 87 buildings, 67 were former residences of celebrities, 9 from tombs, 7 stone inscriptions, and 2 statues, and the other of 5. It was found that the most common temple relics related to medicine were Medicine God’s Temple and Huatuo Temple, but the temple relics were seriously damaged. The preserved building sites mostly built in the late Qing dynasty and the period of the republic of China. There were not many relics of former residence, among them, most have been used as dwellings or for other purposes. There were not many medical - related burial sites in Jiangsu, 9 in total, and 3 in Suzhou. Relatively speaking, the related burial sites in Suzhou were also relatively intact. The preservation of burial sites in other cities was not optimistic. Inscriptions and statues were rarely preserved. In general, it is an urgent task to protect the medical-related relics and study the medical historical information they contain.
