中医药工匠精神的历史传承与当代培育

工匠精神在中国古代制造、教育等行业中备受推崇,也是千百年来中医药学术薪火传承的延续动因,其内涵集中体现在"上工治未病""大医精诚"等方面。然而,由于受到西学东渐以及浮躁社会心理等因素的影响,中医药工匠精神在一定程度上开始式微。新时代,传承并创新发展中医药必须以价值理性为引领,重塑、培育、坚守中医药工匠精神,并在中西医交融和国际合作交流中进一步阐释和弘扬。

Craftsman Spirit was highly praised in ancient Chinese manufacturing, education and other industries, and it was also the continuing motivation of the inheritance of academic fumes of traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Its connotation is embodied in the following aspects:“working for the cure of illness and not treating illness”and“great doctors are sincere”. However, due to the influence of Western learning and impetuous social psychology, the spirit began to decline to a certain extent. In the new era, inheriting and innovating traditional Chinese medicine must be guided by value rationalism, and further cultivate and promote Chinese medicine craftsman spirit in the background of the integration of Chinese and Western medicine and international cooperation and exchange.
