基于词频分析的公立医院公益性内涵界定与思考

Defining and concerning the connotation of public welfare of public hospitals based on word frequency analysis

以医院和公益性为关键词,在三大中文数据库(知网、万方和维普)中检索关于公立医院公益性的文献,并利用NoteExpress3.0管理文献,对纳入文献的年份、期刊和基金资助等情况进行统计分析,同时使用Excel自带词频分析工具分析公立医院公益性含义,以期了解国内对公立医院公益性研究的发展历程和合理界定公立医院公益性内涵,从而提出一些促进公立医院回归公益性的建议。

This study uses hospital and public welfare as keywords to search for public welfare literature of public hospitals in three Chinese databases(the CNKI database, VIP database and WANFANG database), and uses NoteExpress 3.0 to manage the literature. Then, we analyze the years, journals and fund grants of the inclusion literatures. At the same time, we using Excel’s own word frequency analysis tool to analyze the public welfare meaning of public hospitals in order to understand the development process of public welfare research in public hospitals in China and to reasonably define the public welfare connotation of public hospitals, and put forward some suggestions to promote the return of public hospitals to public welfare.
