摘要
目的呼吸道感染是全球关注的公共卫生问题,随着国际贸易的快速发展,在人流和物流集中的国境口岸传播风险极高。因此当务之急是口岸卫生检疫部门寻找一种多通量、检测速度快、特异性高和准确性好的呼吸道病原体检测技术。方法目前呼吸道病原体检测技术主要有微生物的分离培养、血清免疫学和核酸检测技术,但是存在检测时间长、通量小和不适合口岸现场检测等缺点,不能满足口岸现场检测要求。结果总结分析呼吸道病原体的检测技术,微流控技术应用在口岸呼吸道传染病检测具有很强的实用性。结论微流控技术具有通量大、便携性和准确性好等优点,可以满足口岸呼吸道传染病检测的方法要求。
Objective Respiratory tract infections(RTIs) are a public health issue of global concern. With the rapid development of international trade,the risk of transmission is extremely high at frontier ports where people flow and logistics beingconcentrated. Therefore,it is urgent for the port health and quarantine adminstrationto find a multi-flux,rapiddetection,high specificity and accuracy of respiratory pathogens detection technology. Methods Currently,the detection technologies of respiratory pathogens mainly include microorganism isolation and culture,serum immunology and nucleic acid detection,etc.. However,these technologies have some disadvantages such as long detection time,small flux and unsuitability for port field detection,,which cannot meet the requirements of port field detection. Results It is concluded that the application of microfluidic control technology in the detection of respiratory infectious diseases at ports is very practical. Conclusion Microfluidic control technology has the advantages of large flux,portability and accuracy,and can meet the requirements of the method for the detection of respiratory infectious diseases at ports.
