基于手机的延续护理对老年冠心病患者的护理质量及依从性影响

Influence of Mobile Phone Based Continuous Care on Nursing Quality and Compliance of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨基于手机的延续护理对老年冠心病患者的护理质量及依从性影响。方法选择2012年1月至2016年12月我院收治的103例老年冠心病患者,根据随机数字表法,分为观察组(52例)及对照组(51例),观察两组的治疗依从性,两组护理前后的SAS评分及生活质量各项评分。结果观察组的治疗依从性明显高于对照组,P<0.05;护理后,两组SAS评分均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,P<0.05。护理后,两组精力状态、精神健康、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、健康状况及生理机能评分均明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论基于手机的延续护理可提高老年冠心病患者的治疗依从性,降低焦虑情绪,提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of mobile phone based continuous nursing on nursing quality and compliance of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 103 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected. According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(52 cases) and control group(51 cases). The treatment compliance of the two groups was observed. Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;After the nursing,the SAS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.Also after the nursing,the scores of energy status,mental health,physiological function,emotional function,social function,physical pain,health status and physiological function of the two groups were significantly increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion Continuous care based on mobile phone can improve the treatment compliance of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,reduce anxiety and improve the quality of care.
