乳腺癌术后患肢功能锻炼的护理配合分析

Nursing Cooperation Analysis of Functional Exercise of Affected Limbs after Breast Cancer Surgery

目的探究乳腺癌术后患肢功能锻炼的护理配合效果,并总结相应的临床经验。方法选择2015年7月至2018年6月我院收治的乳腺癌患者287例,均接受手术治疗,术后引导患者参与功能锻炼,并实施同步的护理配合。观察护理前后患者的关节活动度、肢体功能与日常生活能力以及生活质量等实验数据。结果护理后患者的关节活动度、外展、前屈、后伸、内旋、外旋测量与护理前比较,差异显著,P<0.05。护理前后分别对患者实施肢体功能与日常生活能力评估,可得肢体功能与日常生活能力评分均明显下降,P<0.05。结论乳腺癌术后患肢功能锻炼患者进行全面、细致的护理配合,其临床效果较好。

Objective To research the nursing cooperation effect of functional exercise of affected limbs after breast cancer surgery,and summarize the corresponding clinical experience. Methods 287 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to June 2018 were selectedand all of themreceived surgical treatment. Postoperative guide patients concerned participate in functional exercise,and the implementation of synchronous nursing cooperation. To observe the experimental data of joint activity,limb function,daily living ability and quality of life of patients before and after nursing. Results The measurement of range of motion,abduction,forward flexion,backward extension,internal rotation and external rotation of the patients after nursing was significantly different from that of before nursing(P<0.05). Limb function and daily living ability were evaluated before and after nursing,and the score of limb function and daily living ability were decreased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive and meticulous nursing cooperation for patients withpostoperative limb functional exercise of affected limbs after breast cancer surgery is better.
