中药熏洗联合走罐法治疗斑块状银屑病疗效观察

Clinical Effects of Herbal Fumigation and Wash Combined with Moving Cupping Therapy in Plaque Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的观察中药熏洗联合走罐治疗斑块状银屑病临床疗效。方法选取门诊60例斑块状银屑病患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组采用中药熏洗联合走罐法治疗;对照组采用NB-UVB照射联合外用中效糖皮质激素治疗。2组均治疗30 d,分别于治疗第10天、第20天和第30天观察皮损变化,做出临床疗效评价。结果治疗组和对照组在第10天的PASI积分下降,下降程度有统计学意义,对照组优于治疗组,而在第20天、第30天时2组PASI积分均有进一步下降,下降程度差异无统计学意义。治疗结束时2组有效率分别为66.67%和63.33%,差异无统计学意义。结论中药熏洗联合走罐治疗法与NB-UVB照射治疗联合外用中效糖皮质激素治疗斑块状银屑病长期疗效差异无统计学意义,且不良反应小,操作简便,值得临床推广。

Objective In older to observe the clinical curative effects of herbal fumigation and wash combined with moving cupping therapy (MCT) in treating plaque psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Sixty patients with plaque psoriasis vulgaris were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with herbal fumigation and wash combined with MCT,while the control group was treated with narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) irradiation and topical corticosteroids. The two groups were treated for 30 days,then the change of patients' PASI score before and after treatment was observed. Results The PASI score of the treatment group and the control group decreased on the 10th day,and the degree of decline was statistically significant. The control group was superior to the treatment group,while the PASI score of the two groups further decreased on the 20th day and the 30th day,and the degree of decline was not statistically significant. After treatment,efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were 66.67% and 63.33%,with no statistically significant. Conclusion The external treatment of herbal fumigation and wash combined with MCT have the same long term clinical curative effect with the NB-UVB radiation with Calcipotriol Ointment therapy,while the side effect is low,operation is simple and can be applied in clinical use.
