广东省不动产权证书和登记证明监管方案研究

Research on Regulatory Scheme about Real Estate Ownership Certificate and Registration Certificate in Guangdong Province

通过与不动产登记机构各业务部门充分研讨交流,梳理不动产权证书和登记证明从印制、发行到使用这一整个流程需要监测监管的内容,结合广东省现有的省、市、县三级信息平台现状,提出证书(证明)管理模块的建设需求和技术手段,供省级平台建设参考,最终实现证书(证明)全过程监管,实现一个印制流水号的可追溯、易查询、迅统计的数字化管理模式。

Through discussing with apartments of real estate registration and collecting what it may need in making and awarding the certificate,the construction demands and technologies were studied in order to help develop the provincial-level information platform in Guangdong province,which is based on the present situation of three level information platform. The ultimate goal is to supervise the all the aspects of the real estate certificate and build the digital mode that the certificate serial number can be dated back,ease to query and fast to statistic.
