小儿哮喘关键时期——间歇期的理论探讨

The Theory discussion on the Crucial Period of Pediatric Asthma——Intermission

小儿哮喘是儿童时期常见的肺系疾病,反复发作、缠绵难愈,成都中医药大学刘小凡教授提出,在小儿哮喘发作期和缓解期之间,存在一个间歇期。本文将从小儿哮喘间歇期理论提出的的理论基础及病因病机、治法等方面论述间歇期的治疗在根除哮喘宿根中所起的关键作用,为临床治疗哮喘提供新思路,从而减少哮喘复发,控制疾病恶化,改善患儿生活质量。

Pediatric asthma is a common lung disease in childhood.It characterized by recurrent attacks and intractability.Professor Liu Xiaofan of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine proposed that there is an intermission between the asthma attack stage and the remission.This paper discusses the pivotal role of intermission treatment in eradicating asthmatic root from the theoretical basis,etiology and treatment of pediatric asthma intermission theory.This paper provides new ideas for clinical treatment of asthma,thereby reducing asthma recurrence,controlling the deterioration of the disease and improving the quality of children's life.
