回阳救心汤冶疗阳虚水泛型心衰病32例

Huiyang Jiuxin Decoction in the Treatment of Heart Failure with Water Overflowing Due to Yang Deficiency for 32 Cases

目的观察回阳救心汤治疗阳虚水泛型心衰病疗效。方法将63例阳虚水泛型心衰病患者随机分为2组,治疗组32例,对照组31例。对照组应用强心、利尿、扩张血管治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用回阳救心汤,2组均治疗2周,进行疗效观察。结果治疗组有效率84.38%(27/32),优于对照组的74.2%(25/31)。P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论回阳救心汤治疗阳虚水泛型心衰病疗效显著。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Huiyang Jiuxin decoction on generalized heart failure with yang deficiency and water.Methods 63 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=31).The control group was treated with strengthening heart,diuretic and dilated blood vessels,while the treatment group was treated with Huiyang Jiuxin decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks,and the curative effect was observed.Conclusion Huiyang Jiuxin decoction is effective in the treatment of generalized heart failure with yang deficiency and water deficiency.
