中医骨科康复治疗老年骨性关节炎26例

Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics Rehabilitation in the Treatment of Senile Osteoarthritis for 26 Cases

目的探讨老年骨性关节炎治疗中予以中医骨科康复治疗的实用价值。方法选取2016年8月—2018年8月接收的骨性关节炎患者52例,使用随机分组,分为对照组和观察组,各26例。对照组使用双氯氛酸胶囊治疗,观察组使用中医骨科康复治疗,观察治疗效果。结果对照组有效率76.92%(20/26)低于观察组的96.15%(25/26),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组同对照组的VAS和JOY评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组VAS评分(5.8±1.1)分高于观察组(4.1±0.87)分,对照组JOY评分(56.6±13.7)分低于观察组的(72.3±14.1)分,对照组Brittberg评分(2.1±0.6)分高于观察组的(1.5±0.5)分,各指标的组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年骨性关节炎予以中医骨科康复治疗,疗效显著,因此,临床予以推荐使用。

Objective To explore the practical value of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic rehabilitation in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis.Methods Fifty-two patients with osteoarthritis were enrolled in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018.The patients were divided into control group(26 cases treated with diclofenac capsule)and observation group(26 cases treated with orthopedic rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine).Results The effective rate of 76.92%in the control group was slightly lower than that of 96.15%in the observation group,and there was significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS and JOY scores between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the control group(5.8±1.1)was slightly higher than that of the observation group(4.1±0.87),and the JOY score of the control group(56.6±13.7)was slightly higher than that of the observation group(72.3±14.1).The Brittberg score of the control group(2.1±0.6)was slightly higher than that of the observation group(1.5±0.5).There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic rehabilitation in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis had significant effect,and is worthy of clinical application.
