超声波药物导入结合针刺改善脊髓损伤下肢并发症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Ultrasound Drug Introduction Combined with Acupuncture for Improving Lower Limb Complications after Spinal Cord Injury

目的探讨超声波药物导入联合针刺治疗对脊髓损伤下肢并发症患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年7月—2018年9月接受治疗的脊髓损伤下肢并发症的患者40例,应用单盲法随机分组,对照组20例,应用常规康复治疗,治疗组20例,应用超声波药物导入联合针刺治疗,应用血管彩超、生活质量量表(WHOQOL)、痉挛状态量表(Ashworth)观察2组患者疗效。结果治疗后治疗组和对照组的腘动脉血流分别为(42.1±5.1)cm/s、(36.5±6.5)cm/s;生活质量评分治疗组(74.3±9.8)分和对照组(66.5±9.71)分,痉挛状态评分治疗组(9.14±2.6)分和对照组(11.7±3.1)分,数据比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声波药物导入结合针刺治疗脊髓损伤下肢并发症临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound drug introduction combined with acupuncture on lower limb complications of spinal cord injury.Methods 40 patients with lower extremity complications of spinal cord injury who were hospitalized and treated in the wards of Hospital from July 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases).The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy and the treatment groupwith ultrasound drug introduction combined with acupuncture.The curative effects of the two groups were observed by the WHOQOL,spasticity scale(Ashworth).Results After treatment,the popliteal artery blood flow of the treatment group and the control group were(42.1±5.1)cm/s and(36.5±6.5)cm/s,respectively;the quality of life score of the treatment group and the control group were(74.3±9.8)points and(66.5±9.71)points,respectively;the spasticity score of the treatment group and the control group were(9.14±2.6)points and(11.7±3.1)points,respectively.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound drug introduction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lower limb complications of spinal cord injury has excellent clinical efficacy and is worthy of clinical promotion.
