雷公藤多苷片联合他克莫司软膏治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside Tablets Combined with Tacroliimus Ointment in the Treatment of Scalp Seborrheic Dermatitis

目的探究他克莫司软膏+雷公藤多苷片治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的安全性、治疗效果。方法将患者分成研究组、对照组,各90例。对照组所采用的治疗方法是单纯运用他克莫司软膏治疗,而研究组所采用的方法是在对照组治疗的基础上再联合运用雷公藤多苷片。2组均每天治疗2次,治疗1个月后对治疗的效果以及不良反应进行分析。结果研究组、对照组总有效率分别为93.33%(84/90)、77.78%(70/90),P<0.01,差异有统计学意义;同时2组均未出现不良反应。结论采用他克莫司软膏+雷公藤多苷片一起治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎安全性高,有效率高,可在临床上推广使用。

Objective To explore the safety and therapeutic effect of tacrolimus ointment and tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets in treating scalp seborrheic dermatitis.Methods The patients were divided into the study group and the control group,with 90 cases in each group.The treatment method used in the control group was only with tacrolimus ointment,and the method used in the study group was to combine the tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated 2 times a day.After one month treatment,the effect and side effects were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group and the control group was 93.33%(84/90)and 77.77%(70/90)respectively P<0.01,and the difference was significantly different.At the same time,there was no adverse reaction between the two groups.Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets is a safe and effective method for scalp seborrheic dermatitis.It can be widely used in clinic.
