补肺健脾益肾法联合西药治疗慢阻肺缓解期25例

Supplementing Lung and Strengthening Spleen for Tonifying Kidney Method Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Remission for 25 Cases

目的观察分析补肺健脾益肾法联合布地奈德福莫特罗在治疗慢阻肺缓解期的临床价值。方法本次观察随机选取了2017年6月—2018年7月收治的慢阻肺缓解期患者50例,按照患者的入院时间将其分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组患者仅使用布地奈德福莫特罗进行治疗,观察组则采取补肺健脾益肾法联合布地奈德福莫特罗进行治疗,对2组患者治疗前后的肺功能、临床症状改善时间及临床治疗总有效率进行对比和分析。结果治疗后观察组患者的肺功能各项指标及临床症状与对照组相比均明显改善,经统计学计算后发现其具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时观察组患者治疗总有效率与对照组相比显著提高,2组之间数据差异存在可比性(P<0.05)。结论补肺健脾益肾法联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗方案可有效改善慢阻肺缓解期患者的肺功能及临床症状,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical value of repairing lung and strengthening spleen and kidney method combined with Naidefumoteluo in the treatment of slow obstructive pulmonary remission.Methods This observation randomly selected 50 patients with slow arrest lung remission from June 2017 to July 2018 as the object of analysis.According to the patient's admission time,they were divided into the control group of 25 cases and the observation group of 25 cases.The control group patients only used Naidefumoteluo for treatment.The observation group adopted the method of repairing lung,strengthening spleen and kidney,and combined with Naidefumoteluo.The lung function,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and the total effective rate of clinical treatment of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed.Results The pulmonary function index and clinical symptom of the patients in the post-treatment observation group improved significantly compared with the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).At the same time,the total treatment efficiency of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was comparable(P<0.05).Conclusion the treatment of lung and spleen and kidney combined with Naidefumoteluo can effectively improve the pulmonary function and clinical symptoms of patients with slow arrest and improve the clinical treatment effect.
