摘要
目的文章在新医改背景下研究医药院校市场营销专业人才培养模式,从企业需求角度分析人才培养存在的问题,培养出社会需要的医药营销专业人才。方法文章主要采用文献资料法、比较研究法、实地调研法。结果研究发现医药院校市场营销专业人才培养中存在培养目标不明确、课程结构不完善、实践教学不足、专业教师素质有待提高等问题。结论人才培养一方面需要学校根据社会和企业需求合理安排教学内容,建立校企合作机制,另一方面要提高专业教师自身素质。
Objective The paper researched talent training mode of marketing major in medical college under the background of new medical reform, analyzed the existing problems from the perspective of enterprise demand, and trained men for marketing profession.Methods The paper have mainly adopted literature research ,the comparison research and field research. Results It is found that there are some problems in the talent training mode of marketing major in medical college, such as unclear training objectives, imperfect curriculum structure, insufficient practical teaching and the quality of professional teachers need to improve. Conclusion On the one hand, according to social and enterprise demands talent cultivation requires schools to arrange teaching contents reasonably, and establish school-enterprise cooperation mechanism. On the other hand, the professional teachers' quality should be improved.
