摘要
医疗机构内设养老服务机构在照护失能、半失能老人方面拥有独特的医疗资源优势。本文结合实际,以实地调研的方式,走访山西省某三甲医院老年科,在详细了解其医养结合机构发展机制的基础上总结了一些有益经验,并对发展过程中出现的基础设施不足、护工缺乏且专业技能不足等问题作了相关分析;进一步提出了建立专业人才培养体系、拓宽资金渠道、建立长期护理保险机制等相关建议,促进医养结合发展。
The old-age service organizations in medical institutions have unique medical resources advantages in caring for disabled and semi-disabled elderly.Based on the actual situation,this article visits the geriatric department of a top three hospital in Shanxi Province,and summarizes some useful experiences on the basis of a detailed understanding of the development mechanism of its medical and nursing institutions,and the lack of infrastructure and care workers in the development process.The lack of professional skills and other issues have been analyzed;further proposals have been put forward to establish a professional personnel training system,broaden funding channels,establish a long-term care insurance mechanism,and promote the development of medical care.
