摘要
针对脑卒中患者居家养老问题,探讨卒中单元的应用。通过海南省干部疗养院(海南省老年病医院)的实践,我们从卒中单元的管理机制、信息化平台建设、团队建设、服务内容、培训内容以及保障措施方面讨论了卒中单元的具体实施,提出卒中单元在脑卒中患者居家养老服务的应用是具有优越性的,可以改善卒中患者医疗管理模式,丰富脑卒中患者居家养老服务的内涵,提高康复护理疗效和患者生活质量,提升医养结合居家养老的品质。
To explore the application of stroke unit in the home care of stroke patients.Through the practice of Hainan Provincial Cadre Sanatorium(Hainan Geriatric Hospital),we discussed the specific implementation of stroke unit from the aspects of management mechanism,information platform construction,team building,service content,training content and safeguard measures.It is suggested that the application of stroke unit in home care service for stroke patients is superior.It can improve the medical management mode of stroke patients,enrich the connotation of home-based nursing service,promote the curative effect ofrehabilitation nursing and the quality of life of patients,and improve the quality of home-based nursing combined with medical care.
