基于农业科技英语“程度副词+形容词”搭配及语义韵研究

Collocation and Semantic Prosody of "Degree Adverbs + Adjectives" in Agricultural Science and Technology English

以农业科技英语中的程度副词与形容词搭配为研究视角,借助Ant Conc 3. 2. 1w和搭配强度软件BFSU Col-locator 1. 0,对比分析了农业科技英语语料库和Frown语料库中具有"显著地"语义意味程度副词和形容词的搭配特点及语义韵特征。结果发现:农业科技英语中的程度副词与特定的形容词搭配。其中,particularly呈现出非常明显的积极语义韵特征; significantly有较为明显的积极语义韵特征;而highly的语义韵表现最为复杂; greatly则基本不与形容词共现。

The collocation between degree adverbs and adjectives in agricultural science English were taken as the research perspective,with AntConc 3.2.1w and BFSU Collocator 1.0,the collocation characteristics and semantic features of degree adverbs with the meaning of "very" in the agricultural science and technology English corpus and the Frown corpus were compared and analyzed in this paper.It found that the degree adverbs in agricultural science and technology English coexisted with specific adjectives.Among them,the word "particularly" presents the most obvious positive semantic prosody;"significantly" has a more obvious semantic prosody,the semantic prosody of "highly" is most complicated,and "greatly" basically does not co-exist with adjectives.
