校企合作协同育人机制探究

Research on the Cooperative Education Mechanism between Schools and Enterprises

基于对当前校企协同育人存在问题的分析,阐述了在高等教育规律之下,发挥政府的主导作用、整合校外校内教学资源,充分发挥科研与教学协同育人的作用,构建以高校和行业企业"互利双赢"为目标,以市场需求为出发点,以培养学生的创新创业综合能力为核心,推进校企深度合作,促进人才培养机制创新。

Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the cooperative education between schools and enterprises,it expounded the role of the government in this paper under the law of higher education,integrated on-campus and off-campus the teaching resources,and gave full play to the role of scientific research and teaching cooperative education.It proposed to establish a new mode of school-enterprise cooperative education which includes building the goal based on mutual benefit and win-win for universities,industries and enterprises,taking the market demand as the starting point,focusing on cultivating students′ comprehensive ability in innovation and entrepreneurship,promoting the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,and promoting the innovation of talent training mechanism.
