以中介和中介思维为研究视角,对高校思想政治工作队伍中介思维的内涵及特征要求进行分析,并从深化内容中介内涵、增强教育全面性、加强组织中介建设、提高工作凝聚力、创新载体中介方式、提升教育实效性、优化关系中介存在、增强工作战斗力等几个方面探索高校思想政治工作队伍中介思维的应用,旨在提升新时代高校思想政治工作实效性和针对性。

It was analyzed for connotation and feature of intermediary thinking of ideological and political work team in this paper from intermediary and intermediary thinking as the research perspective.And it explored the application of intermediary thinking in college ideological and political work team by deepening the content intermediary and enhancing the comprehensiveness of education,strengthening the organization of intermediary construction and improving the cohesiveness of work,innovating the carrier intermediary mode and improving the effectiveness of education,optimizing the existence of relationship intermediary and enhancing the combat effectiveness of work which aims to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of college ideological and political work in the new era.
