基于皖北农村幼儿园绘本教学现状研究

摘要 以皖北农村地区幼儿园为研究样本,通过访谈、问卷等方式进行研究发现:皖北农村幼儿园的师资素质偏低,教师对绘本的兴趣不浓、认识不足;皖北农村幼儿园的绘本教学方式单一,教师和绘本数量不足。导致皖北农村幼儿园绘本教学不如人意的因素主要有政府、幼儿园、幼儿教师和家长等方面。改善皖北幼儿园绘本教学的有效措施是:政府要加强幼师的培训力度、幼儿园要科学办园、教师应提高专业素养、家长应转变教育观念,最大限度地发挥绘本的教育价值。 Taking the rural kindergartens in Northern Anhui province as the research sample,through interviews,questionnaires and other methods,it found that teachers in rural kindergartens are of low quality,lack of interest in picture books and lack their understanding is insufficient;the teaching methods of the picture books in rural kindergartens are single,and the number of teaching rooms and picture books is insufficient.The main factors leading to the unsatisfactory teaching of picture books in rural kindergartens in Northern Anhui province are governments,kindergartens,teachers and parents and so on.The effective measures to improve the picture-book teaching in kindergartens are as follows:the government should strengthen the training of kindergarten teachers,the kindergartens should run the garden scientifically,the teachers should improve their professional quality,the parents must change their educational ideas, and maximize the educational value of the picture books.
