摘要
"教师第一"作为一种管理逻辑,是针对当前管理中出现的以重"管"轻"理"的管理理论、工具与手段为取向的管理目的和以"规"代"管"的管理方法被异化的现状而提出的一种人本主义管理思想。"教师第一"契合理想教师管理的价值诉求,并具有实践的可行性。从认识论角度来看,"教师第一"作为一种管理理念,是对人性假设与现代管理理论的反思与回应,意在营造一种以教师为本,把尊重、信任、培养、发展教师作为根本目的及终级目标的学校管理理念和管理模式。从实践论角度来看,"教师第一"不仅重新诠释了当代教师的意义和价值、凸显了教师的专业地位、强化了对教师的人文关怀,还在明理、善人、治事、化物等方面予以进一步的推进,为成就一批好教师、促进教育的发展发挥了重要作用。
As management concept, the principle of "teacher first" shows the pursuit of humanistic management thought alienated from current situation of "management power" above "management wisdom", tool-and-means oriented management purpose and regulation-centered management method."Teacher first" is in line with the value appeal of ideal teacher management and also practicably feasible. From the perspective of epistemology, as a management concept,"teacher first" shows reflection on and response to the human nature hypothesis and modern management theory, and aims at creating a teacher-oriented school management concept and management mode that takes respecting, trusting, cultivating and developing teachers as the fundamental and ultimate goal. From the point of view of practice,"teacher first" also reinterprets the value of contemporary teachers, develops teachers professional practical ability and lays emphasis on humanistic care for teachers. Furthermore, it can also promote from spiritual, institutional, behavioral and material perspectives the cultivation of a number of good teachers and the realization of real good education.
