液压机械排放污染物监测系统设计研究

摘要 传统排气污染物监测系统受到外界环境干扰,不能准确显示出气体浓度,导致系统监测结果不精准。为了解决该问题,在液压机械工况下,设计排气污染物的监测系统。根据系统要求,设计监测系统总体框架,分析其硬件模块、软件功能。设计电源电路,经过通断电源调节器,可自由切换电源工作状态,将传感器与主控模块连接,可监测CO浓度与PM_(2.5)颗粒物。根据数据通信协议,设计污染物信号采集程序,在实时监测CO和PM_(2.5)浓度信号同时,采集大气压力、湿度、环境等参数信号,并设计软件抗干扰性能,由此完成排气污染物的监测系统设计。 The traditional monitoring system of exhaust pollutants is disturbed by external environment,which cannot accurately display the gas concentration,resulting in inaccurate monitoring results.In order to solve this problem,a monitoring system for exhaust pollutants is designed under the condition of hydraulic machinery.According to the system requirements,the overall framework of the monitoring system is designed,and its hardware modules and software functions are analyzed.The design of power supply circuit,through the on-off power regulator,can freely switch the working state of the power supply,sensor and the main control module connected to monitor CO concentration and PM2.5 particles.According to the data communication protocol,the pollutant signal acquisition program is designed.At the same time,the CO and PM2.5 concentration signals are monitored in real time,the atmospheric pressure,humidity,environment and other parameters are collected,and the anti-jamming performance of the software is designed.
