生防菌株11-7对松材线虫的拮抗研究 被引量:1

摘要 为筛选出对松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)有拮抗效果的细菌菌株,采用胰化蛋白胨肉汤培养基和牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基进行菌株发酵后,加入松材线虫进行平板测定和稀释测定.结果表明:生防菌株11-7的发酵原液和上清液均对松材线虫有很强的拮抗作用,处理24 h即可全部杀死线虫.经胰化蛋白胨肉汤培养基发酵后稀释100倍的菌液对松材线虫仍具有较强的拮抗效果,校正死亡率可达78.4%,效果远远好于经牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基发酵的菌液. This study intended to screen out effective bacterial strains having antagonism effect on Bursaphelenchus xylophilus,and provide a new resource for nematodes control.Tryptone broth medium and beef extract peptone medium were used for bacterium fermentation.Then nematodes were added to the fermentation liquid and dilution to determine the antagonistic effect.The results showed that:fermentation liquid and supernatant of strain 11-7 had strong antagonistic effect on nematodes.Treated after 24 h,all nematodes were killed.100 times dilution cultured in tryptone broth medium still had strong antagonism effect,the corrected mortality reached to 78.4%.The effect is much better than cultured in beef extract peptone medium of microbial fermentation.
