摘要
目的:建立花椒中柠檬烯、芳樟醇含量快速灵敏的检测方法,同时为陇南大红袍花椒的质量控制提供研究方法。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取陇南大红袍花椒挥发油,以正己烷为稀释剂,用气相色谱-质谱法分析其柠檬烯、芳樟醇。结果:甘肃陇南大红袍花椒中柠檬烯含量为0.37%±0.04%,芳樟醇含量为1.07%±0.16%。结论:本文建立的GC-MS方法,具有灵敏、快速、准确的特点,可供甘肃陇南大红袍花椒质量控制及化学成分含量测定。
Objective:To establish a rapid and sensitive detection method for the determination of limonene and linalool in Zanthoxylum bungeanum,and provide a research method for the quality control of Dahongpao Z.bungeanum in Longnan.Methods:The volatile oil of Dahongpao Z.bungeanum in Longnan was extracted by steam distillation.And it’s limonene and linalool were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass.Hexane is used as a thinner.Results:The content of limonene in Dahongpao Z.bungeanum was 0.37%±0.04%,and the content of linalool is 1.07%±0.16%.Conclusion:The GC-MS method established in this paper is sensitive,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the quality control and chemical composition determination of Dahongpao Z.bungeanum in Longnan.
