血液病的种类非常繁多,然而不同血液病的临床症状却很相似,常伴有贫血现象。单纯依靠临床症状难以进行准确的诊断。骨髓活检病理学是血液病形态学诊断最基本的检查手段。本文总结了骨髓活检病理学对再生障碍性贫血、骨髓增生异常综合征、骨髓纤维化、巨幼细胞性贫血、白血病、多发性骨髓瘤等血液系统疾病的临床应用,探讨骨髓活检病理学在临床诊断、治疗指导、疗效评价及预后评估等方面的研究进展,旨在为临床有效提高血液病诊断率、降低误诊率提供安全高效的诊断方法。

There are many types of blood diseases,but the clinical symptoms of different blood diseases are very similar,often accompanied by anemia.It is difficult to make accurate diagnosis only by clinical symptoms.Bone marrow biopsy pathology is the most basic examination method for the morphological diagnosis of hematopathy.This article summarizes the bone marrow biopsy pathology of aplastic anemia,myelodysplastic syndrome,myelofibrosis,gigantic young cell anemia,leukemia,multiple myeloma,the clinical application of blood system diseases such as bone marrow biopsy pathology in clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines,curative effect evaluation and prognosis evaluation and research progress of aims to improve the blood for clinical diagnostic rate,reduce the misdiagnosis rate to provide a safe and efficient diagnostic method.
