摘要
目的针对在颈椎病患者,实施低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗,分析治疗的效果及对疼痛的影响。方法选取我院2016年4月至2018年3月收治的64例颈椎病患者作为研究对象,均给予低温等离子射频消融髓核形成术治疗,评价治疗1个月和6个月后的治疗效果,评估治疗前后VAS评分和眩晕评分,对临床治疗效果和VAS评分、眩晕评分进行比较分析。结果治疗1个月后的临床治疗总有效率为78. 1%(50/64),治疗6个月后的临床治疗总有效率为92. 2%(59/64),治疗6个月后的临床治疗总有效率要明显高于治疗1个月后的临床治疗总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);治疗后的VAS评分明显低于治疗前,眩晕评分明显高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论低温等离子射频消融髓核形成术应用在颈椎病的治疗中,效果显著,可以减轻眩晕症状和疼痛感,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of coblation nucleoplasty in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and its effect on pain.Methods 64 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects.All the patients were treated with coblation nucleoplasty.The therapeutic effects after one month s treatment and six months’treatment were evaluated.The VAS score and vertigo score were evaluated before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effect,VAS score and vertigo score were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rates of clinical treatment were 78.1%(50/64)after one month of treatment and 92.2%(59/64)after six months of treatment.The total effective rate of clinical treatment after six months of treatment was significantly higher than that after one month of treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The VAS score was notably lower after treatment than before treatment,while the vertigo score was remarkably higher after treatment than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Coblation nucleoplasty is effective in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.It can reduce vertigo and pain,which is worth popularizing.
