锦州女性人乳头瘤病毒基因分型检测结果分析

Analysis of Human Papillomavirus Genotyping Results in Jinzhou

目的探讨锦州地区女性高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染分布的特征。方法选取2016年8月至2018年8月锦州医科大学附属第一医院妇科门诊收治的4 977例女性患者为研究对象,采集其宫颈脱落细胞,采用实时荧光PCR反应检测15种高危型HPV (16、18、31、33、35、39、45、51、52、56、58、59、66、68、82型)感染情况。结果高危型HPV总感染率为24. 93%,排前6位的亚型为HPV16、52、58、51、39、56型。高危型HPV感染率,<31岁与51～60岁妇女均高于31～50岁妇女(P<0. 01),61～80岁妇女高于51～60岁妇女(P<0. 01)。结论锦州地区妇科门诊妇女高危型HPV感染率与中国部分地区基本一致,年轻妇女与老年妇女高危型HPV感染率较高。

Objective To explore the distribution characteristics of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection among women in Jinzhou.Methods A total of 4 977 women admitted in Gynecology Outpatient Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as study subjects,and their cervical exfoliated cells were collected.Real-time fluorescence PCR reaction was used to detect the infection rates of 15 kinds of high-risk HPV subtypes(HPV 16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,56,58,59,66,68,82).Results The total infection rate of high-risk HPV was 24.93%,and the top six HPV subtypes from high level to low level were HPV16,52,58,51,39,56.The infection rate of high-risk HPV among the women aged<31 years old and 51~60 years old were both significantly higher than that among the women aged 31~50 years old(P<0.01),and the infection rate of high-risk HPV among the women aged 61-80 years old was significantly higher than that among the women aged 51~60 years old(P<0.01).Conclusion The infection rate of high-risk HPV among women in Gynecology Outpatient Clinic of Jinzhou is similar to that in other parts of China.What s more,young women and older women have higher infection rate of high-risk HPV.
