尿毒症合并上消化道出血患者126例综合护理疗效观察

目的:观察综合护理在尿毒症合并上消化道出血患者中的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年2月-2017年12月我院收治的126例尿毒症合并上消化道出血患者,将所有患者随机分为两组各63例,对照组仅给予一般护理,观察组给予综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组住院时间为[(14.97±6.09)d,与对照组住院时间为(21.33±8.21)d比较,P<0.05;治疗费用为(10482.98±2745.10)元,与对照组费用(16320.49±3246.79)元比较,P<0.05;6个月内再出血率为15.87%,与对照组再出血率为49.21%比较,P<0.05。结论:对尿毒症合并上消化道出血患者实施综合护理可缩短住院时间,减少治疗费用,降低再出血率,值得推广。

Objective:Observe the comprehensive nursing united in[deleted]uremic patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage the clinical curative effect.Methods:A total of 126 patients with chronic uremia complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated in our hospital from February 2015-December 2017were selected,and all the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of which was 63.Results:The length of stay in the observation group was(14.97±6.09)d,and that of the control group was(21.33±8.21)d,P<0.05,Treatment cost was RMB(10482.98±2745.10)yuan,compared with the control group(16320.49±3246.79)yuan,P<0.05,The re-bleeding rate within 6 months was 15.87%,and 49.21%in the control group P<0.05 Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing for patients with uremic uremia and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage can shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the treatment cost and reduce the rehemorrhage rate,which is worth promoting.
