精细化护理在急性心梗合并上消化道出血患者中的应用

目的:探讨精细化护理在急性心梗合并上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法:选择我院收治的急性心梗合并上消化道出血患者86例为研究对象,收治时间为2016年3月-2018年3月,遵循随机分组原则分为对照组和干预组,对照组实施传统护理模式,干预组实施精细化护理模式,对比两组止血情况、干预前后的心理状态及护理满意度。结果:干预组1d内止血率明显高于对照组,且平均止血时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后SAS评分及SDS评分较干预前有所下降,且干预组评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理能够缓解急性心梗合并上消化道出血患者的出血状况,并改善心理状况,促进护理满意度提升,具有较高临床价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of intensive care for patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:86 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage who had received treatment in the Hospital between March 2016 and March 2018 were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into a control group and an intervention group according to the random grouping principle.The control group was given routine care,whereas the intervention group was given intensive care based on routine care applied to the control group.The hemostasis,psychological state before and after the intervention,and the satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups.Results:The hemostasis rate was significantly higher in the intervention group than in the control group,and the mean time for achieving hemostasis was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score in the two groups were both lower than those before the intervention,with those in the intervention group significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,intensive care can help alleviate the bleeding status,and improve their psychological state and satisfaction with care;therefore,it is of significant value to be popularized in clinical applications.
