小儿毛细支气管炎合并胃食管反流患者护理分析

目的:探讨小儿毛细支气管炎合并胃食管反流患者的护理措施。方法:从我院2017年5月-2018年5月选择小儿毛细支气管炎合并胃食管反流患者86例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组采用优质护理,对比两组疾病好转率、并发症发生率,记录两组患儿症状消失时间及住院时间,统计家属护理满意度。结果:研究组疾病好转率显著高于对照组,且并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组咳嗽、喘息、喘鸣消失时间及住院时间明显较对照组短(P<0.05);研究组服务态度、护理技能、应急能力、病情掌握程度、执行医嘱的准确性及护理满意度总分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿毛细支气管炎合并胃食管反流病患者给予优质护理可改善患儿临床症状,并提高疾病好转率,降低并发症发生率,促进护理满意度提升,值得临床应用。

Objective:To explore the care measures for children with bronchiolitis complicated with gastroesophageal reflux.Methods:86 children with bronchiolitis complicated with gastroesophageal reflux who had received treatment in the Hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study,and were randomly divided into a control group and the study group.The control group received routine care,and the study group received quality care.The disease improvement rate,incidence of complications,time for the disappearance of symptoms,length of hospital stay and family satisfaction with the care were compared between the two groups.Results:The disease improvement rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time for disappearance of coughing,gasping and wheezing and the length of hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The scores on service attitude,caring skills,emergency handling ability,disease mastery and accurate execution of doctor’s orders,and the total satisfaction score in the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with bronchiolitis complicated with gastroesophageal reflux,quality care can improve their clinical symptoms and the disease improvement rate,reduce the incidence of complications,and increase their family’s satisfaction with care service;therefore,it is of significant value to be popularized in clinical applications.
