快速康复外科理念对脊柱微创手术患者预后及胃肠道功能恢复的影响

目的:探讨快速康复外科理念对脊柱微创手术患者预后及胃肠道功能恢复的影响。方法:选取我院112例行脊柱微创手术的病患,将研究对象随机均分为研究组和常规组,分别给予快速康复外科护理和常规康复护理。观察、记录术后指标(术后下床活动时间、静脉输液时间,住院时间),胃肠道功能指标,满意度,并对这些指标结果进行分析对比。结果:研究组在术后指标结果、胃肠道恢复结果、满意度结果均优于常规组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:对脊柱微创手术病患实施快速康复外科理念可帮助病患更好、更快的恢复,值得在临床上推广。

Objective:Discussion on the fast track surgery,minimally invasive spine surgery affect prognosis and recovery of gastrointestinal function.Method:Select 112 patients with routine minimally invasive spine surgery in our hospital,the subjects were randomly divided into study group and the conventional group were given fast track surgery care and rehabilitation care routine.Observe and record after the index(postoperative ambulation time,intravenous infusion time,hospital stay),gastrointestinal function index,satisfaction,and the results of these indicators analysis and comparison.Result:In the study group after the results indicators,gastrointestinal recovery results,satisfaction results are better than the conventional group,P<0.05,significant difference.Conclusion:The concept of fast track surgery for patients with minimally invasive spine surgery can help patients recover better and faster,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
