ATP荧光检测法在胃肠镜清洗消毒效果评价中的应用

目的:探讨三磷酸腺苷(ATP)荧光检测法在胃、肠镜清洗消毒效果中应用。方法:2018年4-6月,抽取手工清洗消毒的胃、肠镜56条,随机采用ATP荧光检测及微生物学检测方法进行检测,评价分析两种检测结果。结果胃镜ATP检测合格率为95.12%(39/41),胃镜微生物检测合格率为92.68%(38/41)。肠镜APT检测合格率为93.33%(14/15),肠镜微生物检测合格率为100%(15/15)。清洗消毒质量监测无显著性差异(χ^2=0.204,P>0.05)。结论:荧光检测与微生物检测其结果有很高的一致性。ATP荧光检测可广泛应用于内镜清洗消毒效果现场督导检查。

Objective:The cleaning and disinfection effects of gastroscope and enteroscopy were monitored and analyzed by ATP fluorescence detection and microbiological detection.Method:56 gastroscope and colonoscopy were cleaned and disinfected by hand using 3M ATP fluorescence detector and supporting reagent.The test results of the two methods were compared.Result:The qualified rate of gastroscopy ATP test was 95.12%(39/41),and gastroscopy microbial test was 92.68%(38/41).The qualified rate of enteroscopy APT detection was 93.33%(14/15)and 100%(15/15).There was no significant difference in cleaning and disinfection quality monitoring(χ2=0.204,P>0.05).Conclusion:The results of fluorescence detection and microbial detection are highly consistent.ATP fluorescence detection can be widely used in on-site inspection of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection effect.
