上消化道异物患者应用常规胃镜与无痛胃镜治疗效果对比评价

目的:对比分析常规胃镜与无痛胃镜应用于上消化道异物患者的临床效果。方法:此次实验对象全部选自2016年4月至2018年10月期间在本院进行胃镜治疗的62例上消化道异物患者,按照不同的治疗手段分成两组,即实验组(n=31)和对照组(n=31),对照组使用常规胃镜治疗,实验组使用无痛胃镜治疗,将两种治疗效果对比分析。结果:实验组3.22%吸入性肺炎、3.22%咽炎,少于对照组的25.81%、61.29%,出现较大对比差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在手术用时、术中呼吸频率、平均动脉压差异上,全部有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛胃镜应用于上消化道异物患者的临床效果较好,对患者影响较小,且术后并发症发生情况较少。

objective to compare and analyze the clinical effect of routine gastroscopy and painless gastroscopy in patients with foreign body of upper digestive tract.Methods from April 2016 to October 2018,62 patients with foreign body of upper digestive tract were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods:the experimental group(n=31)and the control group(n=31).The control group was treated with conventional gastroscopy and the experimental group with painless gastroscopy.Results 3.22%aspiration pneumonia and 3.22%pharyngitis in the experimental group were less than 25.81%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in respiratory frequency and mean arterial pressure between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion the effect of painless gastroscopy on the patients with upper gastrointestinal foreign body is better,the influence is less,and the postoperative complications are less.
