中西医结合综合护理对尿毒症合并胃炎患者的干预效果评价

目的:评价尿毒症合并胃炎患者实施中西医结合综合护理的效果。方法:选我院尿毒症合并胃炎患者36例,随机分两组。对照组常规护理;观察组中西医结合综合护理,观察护理前后的心理状态、生活质量、对护理的依从性以及对护理人员的满意度。结果:护理后,观察组心理状态评分、生活质量、对护理人员的满意程度、对护理的依从性均显著优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:对尿毒症合并胃炎患者实施中西医结合综合护理可以明显的改善患者的心理状态,提高患者对护理的依从性,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in patients with uremia complicated with gastritis.Method:Thirty-six patients with uremia complicated with gastritis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing;the observation group combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to observe the psychological state,quality of life,compliance with nursing and satisfaction with nursing staff before and after nursing.Result:After the nursing,the psychological state score,quality of life,satisfaction of the nursing staff and compliance with the nursing group were significantly better than the control group.<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The implementation of comprehensive nursing of patients with uremia complicated with gastritis can significantly improve the psychological state of patients,improve the patient’s compliance with nursing and improve the quality of life of patients.
