摘要 新生儿由于肾脏发育不成熟,且易暴露于缺氧等危险因素中,因而急性肾损伤(AKI)的发生率较其他年龄阶段高。AKI的发生又大大增加了新生儿的病死率和患慢性肾脏病的危险性。因此,对重症新生儿进行肾功能的实时监测,早期发现AKI,并进行及时、有效的临床干预,对改善患儿的预后至关重要。中粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白作为一种新兴的早期诊断和预测肾损伤的生物标志物而备受关注,其在窒息、脓毒症、早产等多种危险因素相关性新生儿肾损伤的早期诊断中有重要临床价值,是预测新生儿肾损伤的敏感指标。 The incidence of acute kidney injury(AKI) in newborns is higher than that in other age groups because of immature kidney development and exposure to risk factors such as hypoxia.The occurrence of AKI has greatly increased the mortality of newborns and the risk of chronic kidney disease.Therefore,real-time monitoring of renal function,early detection of AKI and timely and effective clinical intervention are essential to improve the prognosis of neonates under severe condition.In recent years,as a new biomarker for early diagnosis and prediction of AKI,neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(NGAL) has attracted much attention.Many studies at home and abroad show that NGAL has important clinical value in early diagnosis of neonatal kidney injury related to asphyxia,sepsis,premature birth and other risk factors,and is a sensitive index for predicting neonatal kidney injury.
